Good fan, excellent customer service
When I received the fan, it was easy to assemble and very quiet, but the remote control didn't work unless I held it very close to the sensor. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me a new remote. This didn't solve the issue, so they then arranged for a replacement fan to be delivered. As I'd already recycled the packaging, they arranged for the courier to wait while I put the old fan into the new box. The replacement fan works perfectly, very quiet and tall enough for the breeze to reach me when I'm in bed. The three speeds are perfect for getting the temperature just right in the room. It oscillates at just the right speed and doesn't cause any additional squeaking or rattling like my old fan. My only minor quibble is that the lights can be turned off when the fan is running, but come back on when you turn it off. I sleep with the lights off, and if I wake up in the night feeling cold and turn the fan off, my bedroom is filled with bright blue light. I have covered the lights with black duct tape to fix this issue, so it's not a huge problem, but the design would be better if the lights remain off until switched back on again, regardless of whether the fan is running or not. Just to add, the customer service and communications from this company have been excellent. They responded really quickly and made getting a replacement so easy. Thank you!

Does the job 👍👍👍
Really good fan to keep my dog cool and it’s a great price, very easy and quick to set up too. Not too noisy either it’s great 👍

Brilliant
This replaces a similarly priced smart fan. The original was, despite no information in advance, 110v . The product information was clear. I've ordered a few items promising to arrive next day, this is to my recollection the first to actually do so. The fan oozes quality. It was extremely well packaged, and works a treat.

Nice size fan.
The remote is a nice touch, although be aware of placement. I have mine near to my TV and the red button on my TV remote turns the fan off (although I don't use that button much so doesn't really effect me). This is a nice tall fan, it's not too loud (the higher speed does of course make a noise but it's not that bad). Got this just in time for our scorching heatwave of 40°c and it kept the room at 29° (still high, but a considerable drop). I really like the fact it tells you the room temperature, it is very satisfying watching it drop. There is a button on the remote to switch the lights off, but if the fan is switched off they do come back on again. The timer function works well, as does the oscillation. I have not tried adding anything to the aroma drawer yet. All in all, a very nice fan.

Great Purchase. Very quiet and looks good too. Lots of features inc ionised air.
When the fan arrived it was very well packaged but not overly so. It was the work of minutes to get it out and start the assembly. The assembly comprises of two halves of a base that simply clip together and then fits onto the base of the fan unit. The clips on the two halves lined up perfectly and I also found that the holes for the screws were in the right place too. Often you have to jiggle and fiddle to get things together, but not in this case. Once I had the parts in my hand it took me no more than three or four minutes to have the fan plugged in and up and running. The tower is a sleek and well designed black, with nice little accents of highly reflective metal like inserts. The control panel on the fan is well laid out, easy to understand and a really nice blue colour. The operation of the fan is accomplished with a small remote control . There are six buttons and an on/off button. All well marked and with easy to understand icon for each. I tried all of the settings and found that the low speed is perfectly adequate so that leaves lots of extra fan power for the hot summer days to come. I particularly liked two extra features, not often present on fans. The first is the ability of the fan to ionise the air as it blows through. That didn't mean a lot to me so I did a bit of research. Ionising the flow of air causes any small particles in the air to become charged up, they clump together and are then attracted to the nearest electrically earthed object, for instance a radiator. This is great if you suffer from breathing problems. The more rubbish you can get out of the air that you breath, the better. The frequency of nosocomial infections in hospitals prompted the NHS to research the effectiveness of anions for air purification, finding that repeated airborne acinetobacter infections in a ward were eliminated by the installation of a negative air ioniser—the infection rate fell to zero, an unexpected result. Positive and negative ions produced by air conditioning systems have also been found by a manufacturer to inactivate viruses including influenza. That last statement certainly makes you think , especially during the period we are in now. There is also a small tray with a sponge in it near to the bottom of the tower. I put a few drops of scented oil in this and the fan also makes everything smell nice. I can now use the aromatherapy oil that I got to put into an oil burner. I had been unable to use this before because the burner set off my smoke alarms after just a few minutes. So, all in all I am more than pleased with my purchase. An issue that I had with the delivery was dealt with incredibly quickly by the manufacturer, in fact it took a day to get the missing part sent to me by one day delivery by DPD, so I am happy that the after sales service is good as well as the product. I liked the Tower so much that I bought a second one to give to my son. I hope he likes it as much as I do.
