I've been working out for 30 years but always struggled to get those beefy forearms. I'm tall so maybe it's genetic but I do get a good pump off this set up and I think it will yield results with consistency. My only knock is the knurling, very low grip and cheap feeling. Otherwise a solid product.

If you are here because it is inexpensive and available it works just fine. Collar it comes with works as expected too. And it it breaks or falls apart I’d probably just come back and buy another one because the price is worth it. Quality is just fine as well

I'm a bit amazed I couldn't find other versions of this product. This is exactly what I was looking for to train my supinator and pronator muscles in my forearms. I've been using it with light weight plates at home but seems like it would work equally as well with the cable machines at the gym. I just haven't had a chance to try it there yet. Really a bargain considering how much larger and more expensive other devices to target those muscles are and it even includes a resistance band so you can start exercising right out of the box. It doesn't feel cheap or flimsy at all but I will say the product photos made me think it was constructed from slightly thicker materials. If you have tennis or golfers elbow, this is a must have. Also great if you want to prevent those injuries and grow your forearms.

I give this product 3 stars, first the good points, I am no stranger to purchasing training equipment off Amazon, generally with anything involving steel it's a bit of a gamble, most paints could be falling off already once it's out the package or it is full of rust before you even use it. For the price of this I am actually very surprised it is of decent quality, no paints falling off, minimal scratches and dents with zero rust. It is clearly well stored before shipping out. Now the deduction of stars are due to the collar, plastic bits were falling off it, I have circled one part in the picture only but there are other parts that are similar, basically it is a bit of a broken collar I received, I will have to use my own or purchase another one separately. That's about it really! The handle/stick itself is very good value for what you are paying.

It's a little awkward at first but it will the do the job.

This is accurate to size, my olympic weight plates fit. The clip is strong, I find this very effective. The lower bit of the rougher for grip, however not too much that it would effect you doing full rotations and wrip your skin.
