I bought them for conference calls in the go. They’re good but they definitely don’t kill the background noise like some noise canceling devices. As far as music I have the $100 JBL’s and they’re better but the vibe is not far off.

I originally bought this product for my grandson and thought it would be great for the price since I have the JBL Tunebeams and they are great, I have had no problems from them. Well, I received these 2 days ago and they simply will not charge, even with multiple chargers (even bought a new one) to no avail. I will be returning this product for a refund and stick to either Bose or JBL Tunebeams.

Love the JBL brand usually when it comes to earbuds, but….this particular model falls far short of my simple expectations. The max volume is way too low, nowhere near as loud as other JBL models I have. And the Ambient Noise Cancellation (ANC) function does not work - at all. There is no difference whatsoever between the ANC and normal mode. The sound is not very crisp at all. You can use the JBL app to customize your experience, but the differences are very marginal. Spend $10-20 more and get a pricier model…it’ll be worth the extra cash.
