My experience with millett have always been positive.
The 20 moa rail was inexpensive as well as well made and it fit perfectly. Sorry that they seem to have gone out of business.

Will NOT fit
While installing I found that it was NOT machined properly. Holes off just enough to prevent mounting. DO NOT BUY!

Defective
Base was incorrectly machined and put stress on the action, causing the bolt to bind. Replaced with a Browning base that worked fine.
