Best Gluten Free Buns and Bread!
We have tried everything and these are the best gluten free buns we have found! All of their breads and pizza crust is fantastic! We have kids with allergies in the family and they love that they can have buns and bread like everyone else!We even serve them to everyone at parties and no one can believe they are gluten free yet a taste and function so well. We find that they do better if you toast them in toaster lightly or oven on 200 for about 10 minutes. They stay together just fine for us but for those having trouble with that, this method guarantees it. The kids love olive oil butter on theirs after it has been toasted.

Dry and no flavor.
I was so looking forward to getting a good hamburger bun as I love Schar crackers that taste just like saltines. These were dry and had no flavor.

Nice buns (haha)
I've been eating gluten free by necessity for 5 years, and I've tried quite a few GF products. I do have a brand I love for bagels and sandwich bread, but I've not been super impressed with their burger buns. We do eat them, but they aren't quite up to par with their other products.I decided to try these, and I like them quite a bit. I found them to be tasty and soft. Yes, gluten free products can be dense, and they can also be crumbly. But I spread these with a bit of plant-based butter and toasted them. They held together beautifully for our juicy and loaded Beyond Meat cheeseburgers.I would absolutely buy them again.

We love this product but we had a glitch with our order and this wonderful vendor made sure we got our product. They are the best to work with. We will continue to buy only from them

Grateful that these buns exist
It's really nice to occasionally eat a burger just like a regular person, on a bun, and these make that possible, so I am grateful that they exist. They hold together ok, unlike some other gluten free options. They are a little small, and they don't have a lot of flavor, but that is ok, since the flavor basically comes from what one puts between sides of the bun. The price is a little high, but not prohibitive, and they last in the refrigerator, once opened, pretty well. I have used many Schar products since they came on the market. Their outstanding product, in my opinion, is the seeded sourdough bread, which I wish were more readily available. I think a bun using the ingredients in that bread would be excellent.

BEST GF hamburger buns
I have Celiac Disease and finding good Hamburger buns was a mission ... and a challenge. Until I found these. They don't fall apart easy, which is a problem with most GF buns. I have learned a little trick that I will share, I put a little olive oil on the inside part of the split bun and then put them in the air fryer for 2 minutes - WOW, they are toasted and stay together through the juiciest hamburger.

Best Rolls Ever
There's nothing out on the market like these rolls. When warmed, they are the perfect size for a hamburger, but sometimes I just pile ham, cheese, lettuce and tomato and make the most fabulous sandwiches. They are SOFT and MOIST - something rare in G-F bakery products. The taste of the bread is also very delicious. I've served them spit, with melted cheeses and toppings, cut them up and they can pass as fancy snacks. I cannot say enough wonderful things about these rolls, but then again, all of Schar products are the best.
