Tasty!
I saw chili crisp listed in many recipes so decided to try this brand. The texture is good, it has stayed fresh in the fridge. It is HOT so be warned! But adds a great flavor, especially in Asian dishes.

Makes everything better
First of all, I am new to using chili crisp oil. My spice-loving friend puts her favorite variety on everything, always offering it to others with the warning of "a little goes a long way." While I've come to enjoy a greater level of spice thanks to her cooking, I definitely can't match her spice tolerance yet, so I've never tried it when she offered. But then I ended up ordering this for a specific recipe I was making. I landed on this oil after reading reviews that described it as having a deep, rich flavor without overpowering heat. I agree with that description (but, yes, a little still goes a long way). After using it for the planned recipe and enjoying the smoky, almost umami flavor, I've been experimenting adding a bit here and there to other dishes--and so far, it's made literally everything better. I just tried a bit in my vegetable beef soup, which might sound a little odd at first, but it really takes the flavor to the next level.I think I might officially be addicted!

WOW
I've heard of chili crisp and chili oil. Took a chance that I'd like it and ordered it here on Amazon. And it IS spicy hot. Somehow I got the impression that this wouldn't be quite this oily (yes, I know it says chili oil, but I didn't expect all this red oil.). Maybe I'd be better off with a dry version crisp, if I can find it. But this has been good in dips with tortilla chips, so ill try it with some other dishes as well.

Yummy!!!
Been on a search to find chili oil that tastes exactly like the ones they carry in Vietnamese/Chinese restaurants and I finally found it!!! This chili oil tastes exactly like the ones they use in those restaurants. Not too spicy but has a great taste!!!

Lousy - pure oversalted spicy oil.
No! Not what I wanted. Not even close. I'm going to flush it down the toilet. Oil with tons of salt that is hot. I LOVE hot- but this is going bye bye.
