Review: LITERALLY A SOLID PRODUCT - While I have not used it yet in a recovery, it is clear its a solid piece of engineering. Arrived clean & without blemish in its own box...which I will use to store it in my Suburban to keep from rattling around. 'Business' end with the shackle is perfectly formed, rotates nicely and is finely finished. Other 'Business' end into receiver is a solid hunk of steel, not hollow. I am confident in its ability to 'do the job', worth the $$ for peace of mind & reliability.

While I have not used it yet in a recovery, it is clear its a solid piece of engineering. Arrived clean & without blemish in its own box...which I will use to store it in my Suburban to keep from rattling around. Looks like a good item and I couldn’t really expect much less out of Smittybilt! only thing that I can see that is probably going to issue with this product is the finish on it, but if you’re a real off road kinda person does it really matter! As long as you get yanked out of the place you’re stuck & get home it’s all worth it in the long run!
