It doesn’t work
When I received this phone it was nicely packaged but from the start it didn’t work. It kept saying error on downloading google play and when I tried to login to google it also said error. I tried various ways and it wasn’t posible. I believe there must have been a software issue. I returned the product why buy something if you can’t use it.

Inserted SIM card but it doesn't show I have service Went to ATT to manually add the phone and it says it’s nor an ATT phone so I can’t use it forAnything but a music player I guess.
