Excellent!!
Has made travelling a lot more bearable with piriformous syndrome. I would highly recommend it.

Worth the wait
I bought this in the hope that it would help an old judo player recover from an injured piriformis. Having spent months in pain, and having tried to manage with stretching, adjusting my driving and seating positions, and pain killers, I was sceptical that this would work, but was willing to give it a try on the off-chance.I've been using the cushion for a week now and am pleased to report that, so far, there has been a noticeable improvement. I would even go so far as to say that it has been miraculous.I would have given this 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that it took an age to get here - more than a week after most optimistic estimate and several days after the least. The tracking information was useless.Be aware, if you haven't worked it out from the delivery info, that it is coming from abroad - the US to be precise. Don't hold your breath that it will get here on time.In summary, a well designed, well made product. Just be prepared to wait for it.

The jury is still out on this for now.
Still trying to get used to this cushion, I'm finding that it's cutting into the back of my thighs and causing some pain and discomfort there. My sitting bones don't quite match up to the holes in the cushion but I'm definitely seeing a little relief. I have had piriformis syndrome for about 20 years, it's never gotten better even with recurring physio and now I've just been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my left hip but I'm hopeful that this will help, I just need to find a way of getting comfortable on it.
