I'm a 72 y/o woman with bad knees and I refuse to get any surgery(knee replacement)..I was much more active in my younger days, but not particularly an athlete. But my knees just became more of a problem and began to even hinder my walking. I was made aware of this style of knee support many years ago. They helped some. I didn't want to use something larger, more complicated, because it'd probably be uncomfortable and obvious under my pants. My last pair of this style knee support had given out and wasn't working. So I went on the hunt on Amazon hoping I would find a NEW pair that was affordable and that would work. I'm writing this review because I think I lucked out. I bought this pair of Abco Tech knee supports and thought I heard the angels sing.:-)..I didn't know what I was missing. They look similar to what I was using, but really have helped the pain I was experiencing even though I was wearing knee supports. These Abco Tech knee supports not only fit well, but are comfortable. They REALLY hold your knee from moving around. Not only up and down, but from side to side. They are adjustable and seems like they'd fit a large variety of size knees. And one of the best parts, they're a very affordable solution. So after wearing them for about two weeks, I discovered my knees even felt like I didn't have a problem(no barking pain). Needless to say, I ended up buying 3 more pair for back ups. I hope Amazon is able to continue carrying them for a long time into the future. I highly recommend trying them if you have a knee patella problem.

I've been playing pickleball several times a week for over a year. After playing, my knees would be sore for the rest of the day and part of the next day. Some pickleball buddies told me about this type of knee strap so I tried these. They work like a charm. No more pain after the game and none the next day. They're well-constructed and I don't even notice them while playing. The best part is that these cost less for the pair than similar products cost as singles. I recommend them.

I'm an avid runner, running 3-5 miles 3-5 days each week. Even while using compression sleeves, I over exerted my knees trying to run 100 miles throughout July.These bands offer the support I need to get back to running regularly that I bought a second so I have one for both knees.The only downside I have is that they don't get tight enough for my legs. They do the job well, but I have to overlap the Velcro straps and cut the excess off so it's not so bunched under my knee.

I rarely write reviews, but I read them all the time. I just finished my leg day training and these had such a wonderful impact on my intensity, I had to write an review. I train 6 days a week (legs twice a week) and for the past 3 months my knees have really been hurting me. This combined with Liquid Light CBD .com deep muscle rub made my knees feel so much better! The straps are velcro, so you can adjust the amount of support you need. I was able to do banned lunges for the first time in months, both products are a must!

These work well as point pressure for my runners knee (knee ligament), but will not stay put in the place very long, keep sliding down.

These were a lifesaver after i had a patellar clean out and lateral release surgery this year and my patella needed that extra help some days especially from painful and dangerous dislocations. Ive washed them in a lingerie bag with no damage as well.

The media could not be loaded. I normally awake w soreness around my knee's, and almost not able to walk. Each day, I would find myself needing to have a brace on. The brace tends to either slide or hurt the back of my leg, but not this product. I put them on, and the pain is instantly gone. I can actually feel this release of my leg. Now I can turn my leg to each side w/ out the pain. Thank GOD for finally finding something to help me get back to being normal. Differently will but again as needed.Thank you, Abcosport
