Recently I had to replace my old and pricey massage chair. I looked at tons of options online, wasn’t sure what to trust, and kept coming back to this one. After sitting in my cart for weeks, I finally bought it—and I’m seriously impressed.Build Quality:Surprisingly sturdy. The faux leather feels nice and holds up well so far.Massage Performance:The massage is strong, especially on the shoulders. I like a deep massage. You can change the settings to adjust the strength.Rollers & Airbags:Rollers are strong and smooth. Airbags feel supportive without being too much.Heating:Back heating is solid—great in colder weather. Doesn’t reach the shoulders, but still a nice bonus.Controls & Features:Tons of modes and a manual option. Voice control is fun and handy. One-touch zero gravity is awesome. The remote layout takes a minute to learn, but once you do, it's smooth sailing.Fit:It fits me just right.Why It Stands Out:You get a ton of features that usually come with way more expensive chairs. It feels like it was designed with real users in mind—smart touches like the control knob, and easy-to-move wheels. Plus, customer service was super responsive.Bottom Line:Totally worth it. Great chair, great price, great experience. I use it every single day and I’d absolutely recommend it.

We just took delivery of our RELX 2025 chair & learning all about its capabilities & offerings. So far, we are very impressed with its ability to do a diagnostic check first to identify & set up its "treatment" plan. My wife has been especially pleased with the "Comfort" setting & it is really relaxing. For me, I find the areas in my back that experience muscle spasms, it does a great job "defusing" those sites into a most relaxed mode. So, we are really impressed with the quality, look & feel, & especially its workings! Oh yes, I was able to quickly link my phone to the chair & to be able to enjoy music as well! BTW...we got excellent support from the RELX support group....David was so helpful giving me an excellent orientation & understanding of its capabilities. An excellent choice for us!!

This a great chair for the money and the seller was very helpful and kept in touch throughout. The chair has a lot of settings on the touch pad and might take a little time to learn all of the options. It is a very good quality chair and there are only 2 pieces to assemble (the touch pad and the foot/lower leg portion). The manual was a bit confusing on installing the foot portion so don't "overthink" it because it is actually simple and all you need is a screwdriver. If you are a thinner built person it may be a bit aggressive on a spot (shoulder blades in my case) so you can place a thin towel behind you. I would defintely buy this chair again.

After a certain period of time, when the applicable mode reclines the chair, but when it is finished, it cannot be reset at all. I tried all the buttons, including turning the machine on and off and switching other massage modes, but the chair was like it was stuck, stopping at an angle, and people couldn't get down at all. This caused me to be completely afraid to use this feature again, and it was useless.

This RELX massage chair has become a big part of my daily routine. What I enjoy most is the airbag massage — it gently squeezes my feet, calves, and arms. It feels like a soft hug that helps my whole body relax. The pressure is just right and really helps relieve stress and tension.The back rollers are amazing too. They move up and down my back and work out tight muscles after a long day. The massage is strong but still very comfortable, giving great relief to my back.After sitting for many hours, both the airbag massage and the back rollers help improve blood flow and reduce stiffness. Whether it’s a short break or a longer session, this chair always leaves me feeling relaxed and refreshed.

This massage chair is absolutely wonderful! I love so many things about; the ease of operation, the appearance is lovely, with a smaller footprint than most and light color available, it is adjustable in height, width, type and depth of pressure. The voice control, as well as the touchpad work well and customer service and delivery were awesome! I highly recommend this chair!
