Great book!
I think Emma Davis always does a great job with books for teenagers and youth, giving their perspective and addressing topics that may help them in their development toward becoming adults. In this amazing book, she provides the reader with tools and essentials to manage tension, depression, and promote effective anger management. I recommend it not only to teenagers but also to their parents so they can become familiar with it.

Good for all ages
I am nearly double the target audience age (shh, don't tell!) but still found the advice in here practical. The section on reframing negative thoughts was especially helpful to me, and the friendly tone used throughout the book made it a much more enjoyable read than similar books. This may be full of wisdom, but it is certainly not dry and dull.

A very good reading.
This is a wonderful book. It really touches on a topic that not all young people today are skilled and it is that of frustration and with it anger. I think this book helps young people a lot to find a clear guide on how to treat them to overcome these barriers.

Transform anger and stress in teens
Teenagers typically struggle with a lot of anger and stress—this book is here to help. It is essential for teens and anyone dealing with teenagers to understand them better. After reading this volume, one gains better knowledge of how to transform anger into productive self-esteem and improved relationships. I really recommend reading this if you are a teenager or if you know one.

Great resource for teens.
This would be an excellent book for educators and first-time parents who now have teenagers. It tells you how to help the teenager in your life handle anger and, to some extent, stress. The chapter about misconceptions or myths about teen angst is helpful; I feel bad for my parents because I know I was a little angry teen.

A guide to emotional management
Pay close attention to this book if you have a child who is on the way or has already entered the adolescent stage, because this text will be your best ally. The book allows us to understand many areas of the behavior of our adolescents, their anger and frustrations, which are associated not only with their social environment but also with their own development. It is a tool that will provide us with patience through understanding and will lead us to learn how to solve circumstances that we did not know how to handle before. A serious and very well founded book to support parents.

Great for counselors
As a teenage counselor, I often have to handle frustration and sometimes look for new strategies to support my students. I like Emma Davis’s approach, and this book gave me new insights to better support them. All the tools are useful not only for me—she provides resources that I can now share with parents, teenagers, and colleagues. It is a valuable resource for all of us. If we create safe environments, teenagers will be able to share their emotions and not let anger or frustration control their lives.

A powerful read
A very interesting and necessary book that not only helps you as a companion of an adolescent but also helps them to manage those moments of anger and frustration. I really liked that it invites you to see those difficult moments also as something positive, since many times they are the ones that make us grow and improve.
