not sure how or why anyone could give this item any lower than a 5- great build quality all the way around and keeps my laptop padded and secure more so than any carrying case I've had. Extreme comfort and perfect travelability as well. If you have a 16-inch laptop, it is easily pulled out of the side slot. If you're like me, most of the time you'll just use this backpack on its side because of the convenient side zip compartment for ease of access laptop removal. Anything laptop over 16 inches, you'll need to take out from the top, but that’s no big deal. You get what you pay for- very obvious quality you can feel and see. Best bang for your buck in my opinion.

Amazing backpack for my ROG Stryx G18 even fits the Ally-X also. With the Big opening center part it allows a ton of flexibility
