Does this contain amino acids

Of course. Protein is made up of amino acids. Brown rice has all the essential amino acids we need. It's considered to be a little low in the amino acid Lysine, but as long as you're eating enough calories per day, you will easily get enough of it. I eat a vegan diet and I use a tablespoon of this protein powder everyday. I also recently started a a resistance training program, and I'm clearly building muscle and getting stronger, so I definitely reccommend this product.
