I picked this up out of curiosity and a bit of desperation — standing at a desk for long stretches had started to make my feet and legs ache more than I’d like to admit. This mat is a bit like standing on a textured puzzle: not exactly soft and cuddly, but it definitely gets the circulation going.It’s firm with a variety of pressure points and textures, so when you first step on it (especially barefoot), you’ll probably make a weird face and say “ow… but in a good way.” After a minute or two, your feet start to adjust, and it becomes more tolerable — almost enjoyable — especially if you shift your weight or rock your feet a bit to hit different areas.It really does help break up that stiff, heavy feeling you get from being on your feet too long. I can’t say it’s cured anything, but it does offer relief, particularly around the heels and arches. I’ve even used it while brushing my teeth — multitasking foot care!One downside: it’s not something you’ll want to stand on continuously for hours. I use it in short bursts throughout the day, which seems to work best. Also, it can slide a little on smooth floors, so placing it on a rug or mat helps keep it steady.Overall, it’s a quirky but helpful little tool if you’re looking for natural ways to ease foot tension. Great for standing desks, kitchens, or just while you’re pottering about. A bit odd at first, but worth sticking with!

I was looking for a foot massage mat, and when I saw this one with pebbles, I really fancied giving it a try. The mat made from lightweight, good-quality material, it doesn’t slip and it’s easy to clean. You can use it in the shower, in the bath, or anywhere else around the house really. I especially like using it in the bathroom, either by the sink or after a soak in the tub.At first, it was a bit painful to stand on, so I wore socks, but over time I got used to it. Now I can stand on it barefoot, though walking on it is still a bit uncomfortable. I’ve noticed it really helps relieve tension and tiredness in my feet, they feel lighter and more relaxed afterwards. I’m pleased with the purchase, it’s a simple but handy item that’s actually good for health.

Both my wife and I use this matt every day after work. As a teacher, I spend hours on my feet walking the classroom. As comfortable my shoes can be, there's a moment that I can feel I'm paying the toll. So, I come back home and walk or stand still on the matt for a super nice therapy on my feet. Some time even I use it on my back!Excellent product!

I didn’t love this, if I’m honest.I found it slightly painful on the balls of my feet and, weirdly, on my little toe. But my little toe might just be weird.Foot massages are one of my favourite things in the world so I was hopeful, but it really didn’t do anything for me at all. Though your mileage may vary.

I’ve been experiencing heel pain in my right foot, so I decided to try this to see if it would help. To encourage myself to use it, I placed it on the kitchen floor so I could stand on it while washing up. Initially, it was quite painful, especially if a large pebble stuck into my foot! However, after a while, I’ve gotten used to it and it has helped alleviate my foot pain.

It’s firm enough to feel supported and soft enough to ease pressure, little bumps surprisingly satisfying, in a weirdly satisfying way, my feet don’t ache like they used to, it’s like getting a mini foot massage while I chop onions!
