Review: Works great, love the solar charging! - This review is for the AIPER Surfer S2 Solar Pool Skimmer with APP Support, 24/7 Cleaning, Dual Charging Modes, Smart Obstacle Avoidance, Ideal for All Swimming Pool Types. I received it earlier in the Summer, and it's done a fantastic job throughout, but in the fall is where I'm really reaping the benefits. My neighbour has some deciduous trees, and it's one the the earliest to drop it's leaves. We have still had some really warm days so I'm hesitant to close the pool. This Beast has been great at scooping the surface garbage before it goes underwater. The sun isn't as strong as in the height of summer, but the panel gets enough to keep it going. The skimmer is relatively easy to handle and scoop out of the pool. Emptying the filter is also easy. I don't use the Bluetooth, and it does a great job getting around the pool and hitting all the spots.
