Help for Circulation
This product was recommended for blood circulation and I have been faithfully using it for about two weeks now. I “think” it’s working, but will need more time to assess. Vitamins are difficult to see improvements right away. Will continue concocting it along with a green tea bag for taste as it has little taste. Be warned of the smell!
As far as effectiveness goes, it's incredible and does the job! But be warned! The moment you open the bag, your entire house can't escape the haunting smell of wet socks and moldy cheese. My daughter thought I was throwing up all over the house when she came home and smelled it. It is POTENT! I wish I had known beforehand that Valerian Root smells so bad! I have elected to take Valerian Root supplements now when I make my bedtime tea😅

Elder flower syrup
Excellent product! I needed these to make elder flower syrup like I used to make with fresh flowers. I wasn't sure how it would work out with dried ones, but it excellent. Can't praise it it enough and will definitely order more as soon as I need it.
