This is one of the best products I have ever purchased from Amazon. I am 100% satisfied with everything about it. It works very well. it is a fun and easy to use. Simple to adjust the weight resistance and the resistance has a wide range of choices. The foam is very comfortable on my hands and arms. Solid, sturdy construction makes me feel confident when using. I definitely recommend it as a way to stay toned and active for anyone wanting to start something new. My results were almost instant. At 30 lbs. of resistance. Can be used sitting in place or standing.

I'd like to do an update having had this for a few days now, I have many senior citizen friends that would love to use one of these but even 30 lbs is too much for them so please make new middle pieces that start out at 10 lbs and goes to 20 lbs... Please consider making the inside spring pieces 10 to 20 lb for all of the senior men and women and for even Junior and high School... There's a great need for this 10 to 20 to 30 lb springs to be made ASAP. Thanks for listening and I hope you work something out to make that happen Tim... There's a lot of money to be made in this 10 to 30 lb springs area. Got a nice little greeting card from Tim and made the deal real sweet. I would buy these for gifts for others around a Christmas time or any birthday. Easy to put together and it's unlike any of the other things that I had in the past padded well no sharp edges it's a keeper for probably many years. Already had two workouts today with it easy to use and fun and I can already feel the firmness in my arms chest back & shoulders. I don't recommend something unless I think it's a real good deal this is a good deal... The Price is Right looks great feels good in your hands gives you a good workout. I was not paid or given this device for free at all I'm just giving my opinion of a very good piece of workout equipment that will last for a long time lightweight very strong easy to take with you and your luggage for vacation workouts. It's a must have for any bug out bag to stay in shape.

So I bought this on a whim as something to do while I watch TV. It really is helpful and well made. It is a good way to finish chest later after a light workout. VERY easy to assemble. I have zero patience and it was even easy for me.

This is great for a quick workout. I have a very sedentary job and I can use this to get a quick work out in while still sitting at my desk. It was very easy to set up and put together. It comes with different levels of strength. It arrived with a chart for recommended exercise routines which has been very helpful. If you use it correctly you can get in a very good work out with this very portable piece of equipment.
