Excellent Product Superb Customer Support
Had a trailer tire failure, was fortunate enough to catch/see it before any damage to trailer. Was explaining situation to a friend, he told me, showed me his Tire Minder set-up. Ordered the 4 tire set and have been pleased ever sense. The system is very accurate and easy to set-up. If you need technical/customer service you will be pleasantly surprised at how responsive and helpful they are...regardless of how many times you call. Just wish the receiver/monitor would stay lit longer when in use.

It works!
Bought this to replace my 7 year old Tireminder which had a sensor go bad. I use it on my TOAD behind a 33 foot motorhome. Tireminder was concerned that it could have range issues, but after 500+ miles it has worked perfectly. Only negative is that the screen goes into power save mode too quckly and I am having to power on the screen to see the status.

Ability to monitor RV tire pressures...NICE!
The instructions are simple. The tire pressure transmitters fit onto the valve stems, replacing the caps. I even installed the number 3 transmitter on my trailer's spare tire to monitor that pressure. The kit comes with 4 transmitters, so a trailer with four wheels can be fully monitored. The transmitters are only good for up to 70 psig, so if your trailer tires need more than 70 psig you will need some other device. The only thing that I dislike about this system is that the repeater has to be tied into a power supply at the trailer, but not all hardware and instructions for this are not included. I ended up powering the repeater by utilizing the 12 volt lead, at the trailer, which is only powered when the trailer is hooked to the 7 pin connection on the tow vehicle. This keeps the repeater from draining the trailer's 12 volt battery.

Super simple and reliable
Watched my friend's 5th wheel have 2 blowouts on his passenger side 45 mins apart. We think the 1st damaged/caused the 2nd. If he had sensors, he might have seen it coming.I got new GY tires on TT and added this sensor last month. I mounted the repeater on the passenger side of the jack post above the frame, but near the lower end of that pole. This caused the rear driver side sensor to fail to report in correctly. I moved the repeater down under the frame on the passenger side close to the jack and it works great. 32' GD 2800BH on my 350. I just set the screen on the front of the dash at the bottom of the window. I don't adhere it to the window. Then I keep in the console when not in use. The solar battery kept it on all night when I tested.Tap the center button to brighten the screen and it's easy to see. My handheld gauge reports 2lbs over the sensors. After picking up the new tires, the sensors reported 64lbs and my handheld reported 66. I was happy with that.Would buy again. I've read others who have used this for at least a year without issue.

Overall It's a Good Product
This TPMS works pretty good. True that it goes dark while on the road but it does light up and audible alarm when it perceives a problem. You can check the readings at anytime by touching a button on top of the device attached to the windshield.

Peace of mind!
We purchased this TPMS before leaving on a 2 1/2 week, 3000 mile round trip vacation towing a vintage 24’ travel trailer behind our Ford F-150. We found the display easy to read and the warning signal was audible and distinguishable from our cell phone alerts, even amid music and conversation. We know this because it went off one long hot day traveling west with the driver’s side facing the beating, relentless sun. The tires on that side heated up beyond the set parameters and the alarm sounded. This was a helpful tool to have. It monitors both temperature and pressure.

Works perfectly for travel trailer
Unit works great for my 20ft travel trailer. Tire pressure seems very accurate and appears to update every several seconds after turning it on. A plus with this unit is that it’s always on so you get an immediate report on your tire pressure and don’t have to drive 3 miles to find out that you’re under inflated.I have only a single axle trailer (2 tires) and this works just fine. The other 2 sensors just don’t report. And I’ll be able to use them if I upgrade to a larger 2 axle trailer in the future.I was a little concerned about needing to mount it to the windshield but it’s actually very small and unobtrusive. I stuck mine in the upper left hand corner of the windshield. My unit did come with a couple Velcro strips that should enable me to easily remove it from the window, although I haven’t attempted that yet.As others have mentioned it does auto dim and is a bit difficult to read in daylight but you just need to push the button to brighten. It’s not something you’ll be staring at anyway.Mine also came with extra batteries. Best of all it’s the only TPMS I’ve found that is made in America.Update: I did end up using the supplied repeater and found that the pressure updates much more regularly and accurately.

If you have a trailer, this is a MUST have!
We own a 29 ft travel trailer and put quite a few miles on it each summer, well over 5,000 in a short 2-month period. Even with good quality name-brand trailer tires, heat is the enemy, and it will lead to a blowout. If you're lucky, the damage will be minimal, but it can also be catastrophic. If your tires are under-inflated or slowly losing air and you're driving faster than 95 km/h, the tires will heat up. This TireMinder Solar Powered TPMS system IS THE ANSWER! First, the packaging and presentation were excellent, the instructions were clear, and the setup couldn't be more straightforward. It took me 10 minutes to get it installed and ready to go. The display goes on your windshield with the provided sticky tape or velcro tape; I opted for the velcro as I'll store it back in its box during the winter. The back of the display is a solar panel, so it keeps the receiver/display always charged, amazing! There is a Micro USB port to charge it with a phone charger if needed. This model came with four sensors, one for each tire on my tandem axle trailer and they're labelled; I followed the instructions to know where they go; the order matters. You then install a signal booster; I just put mine on my trailer tongue with a few zip ties and wired it directly to my trailer battery. And that's it; you're ready to go! The display has Fahrenheit and Celsius for the temperature and kPA or PSI for the pressure. Here in Canada, I used Celcius and PSI. The display has audible notifications if a sensor isn't responding or something needs your attention, like low pressure or high temperature. You set your tire pressure on the display; mine is 65 PSI, so it knows what the tire should be inflated to. Knowing your tire pressures and temperatures in real-time is key to avoiding a blowout! This will not guarantee that you won't have a blowout, but if your pressures and temperatures are reasonable, you have a much better chance of avoiding disaster. Also, I had previously bought less expensive TPMS systems from Amazon, and they just didn't work or worked on and off. Save yourself the headache and expense, buy this one and be confident in its reliability. You get what you pay for, and this system is worth every penny.

Display could be better
I got this in the spring of 2022 for my 26' bumper-pull trailer as even with extended side mirrors, could not see the wheels. I feel more confident that they will alarm when there is a tire problem but so far, there have not been any incidents for the alarm to go off. I would give it a better rating if the display was better. It is an LCD display but you have to press a button to have the display readable. I would have preferred that it would be legible as my Timex is, which you can read all the time(pun intended)! Also, I have another 2-wheel trailer that I moved the sensors to, and it took almost an hour for the display to finally indicate that 2 of the 4 sensors were not available!! Would it take that long to report if a tire were to lose air? Hopefully not. So for now, I'm still reserving my opinion on this unit.

Bad for single axel
It's true that the 4 sensors are good for 4 tires. However if you have a single axel trailer you can use 2 sensors and put one on the spare but the last sensor always reads flat or nr which might mean not registered so you drive around with a beeping error message.Unless tireminder can explain to me how to deactivate reading the 4th sensor I would avoid buying this product for single axel trailers. I would also remove the advertisement statement that it works for single axel.

Good quality device everybody should have it.
I was pleasantly surprised by this product even with its packaging. The packaging is high quality and all the items are professionally placed and numbered into the package. The manual is detailed and easily followed the only major selling point is missing form, surprise, that the display is adjustable. The display even dimmed is visible. I tested 1 tire with slow leak and the device detected it promptly. The temperature dictation seems accurate. It was easy to install the booster. I think that every driver should have this device in the car. I spent more money for this device because I wanted to have quality and reliability. I purchased it for my car. Based on my research I could not find any other device, which overall would beat or match this device for car application. I am not sure if the tires have to balanced or not because of the sensors on the valve. At lower speed I do not feel any vibration but at higher speeds it was questionable if my tires need to be balanced or not. This requires additional monitoring. Based on 200 kms of driving, so far, the device is working as advertised I could not recommend any better device in this price range.

Paix d'esprit
