A: This Light Socket Camera does not support 5GHz WiFi, only supports 2.4GHz WiF. 2.4GHz WiFi has stronger penetration, allowing the network signal cover a longer distance and be more stable than 5G, This is why most security cameras choose 2.4GHz WiFi.

A: This wifi camera is IP65 waterproof, but your light socket is not waterproof. Please install it in a place where it will not be exposed to rain when using it, make sure the camera is under any cover when placed outside.
