Can you use with android phone

I dought that you could have an hdmi port on an android phone. So, No.

Bought this adapter to play my ps4 on a monitor but it doesn't work, am i doing something wrong?

The only thing I can think of is the output resolution of the adapter is 1080P 60 and your monitor doesn't support that resolution. There is no way to change this adapter's output. If you can change your monitor's input resolution to 1080P 60 manually, you might be successful. Good luck!
