Review: Great device and great price - Worked perfectly, windows 11 works well, it is great to have a PC on the go, but does not replace an ipad pro, But does thinks better than an ipad there are programs that will not run on ipad so have a mobile device that does is great.
Review: Good condition Surface Pro 7, but battery slightly below expectation - I purchased the 2019 Microsoft Surface Pro 7 (Intel Core i5, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, Platinum, Renewed). The device arrived clean and without any scratches, which was a pleasant surprise. It did not come in the original box but was delivered in a plain box with protective covering. The package included a UK plug charger, and overall the laptop was in good condition. I bought this as an Excellent grade renewed product, so I expected the battery health to be above 80%. Unfortunately, after checking, the battery health is at 79%. It’s only a 1% difference, but technically below the stated expectation. After installing Windows and my apps, the device runs smoothly and feels reliable. I am still debating whether to return it due to the battery issue, but aside from that, it is a solid refurbished purchase.
