Neck pain
Pretty good at helping with neck pain. It can spit a bit when filling though so you have to be careful.

Dangerously difficult to fill
Managed to scald my entire left hand and wrist while attempting to fill this bottle. The shape makes it very difficult to fill straight from the kettle and I injured myself badly when I tried to do so. Currently sitting at home with my hand covered in burn gel and wrapped in cling film...I bought this item to try and soothe my tooth ache so this is insult on top of injury! Do not buy.

I have to update my review as I didn't get much use out of the item!
I can not longer use my neck HW bottle as the centre peice of the stopper came away from the main part leaving the washer behind. There was no way of fixing back the washer to the stopper - very disappointing.

Good while it lasted
I tried to use this recently, the stopper snapped off whilst unscrewing rendering it useless.
