My uses: Online school courses as a requirement for live lessons and student class presentationsMy likes: Comfort - My head and ears are very pressure sensitive; I have no pain or constricted feeling with the adjustable headband and the larger soft ear pieces. I am very pleased with the audio input and outputs as they are very clear. They look just like the original photo given.My dislikes: Not quite the noise cancellation I had expected; however most outside noise is lowered to enable some concentration and focus.

Bought this for the pandemic and then my teenager stole it for gaming. It has excellent sound. Those on the Team meeting can hear me clearly and I can hear them. Never a complaint about feedback. The mute button can't be easily bumped like other head phones. It is very comfortable to wear for hours on end. This isn't a noise canceling headset but that isn't why I bought it. Downfalls - not the best fashion accessory for work. Will definitely flatten any remaining 90s hair style. However, you will definitely feel like the in crowd at work since everyone is wearing them.

Audio sounds good. Sound quality is average. Great value and quality.

My wife laughs at me because they are so big and bulky, but it was all that was available at the time I purchased them (March-2020). I like them however. They are comfortable and the noise cancellation is good. Sound is good and no one has complained about my voice breaking up or distorted, so I assume the microphone is good too. Worth the money.

I purchased this specifically for my work from home job. It needed the USB connection and be binural. I couldn't test it until my next shift, so to be sure that it actually worked I plugged it into my home computer. It worked well and had great sound via my personal computer. When I used it on the thin client it was horrible. It wasn't plug and play and the sound quality for voice was awful. I really wanted this to work since my current Blackwire 725 has seen better days. I've returned this headset and I'm off looking for a new headset.

I got this headset for Christmas last year. I've used it probably a dozen times collectively in the less than year that I have had it. The other day I used it and it worked great, then the next morning it was total static and popping in the left ear speaker. I unplugged it from the USB and reconnected it, now that side barely works at all. Its super comfy and I kind of gambled on it since it had mixed reviews on longevity and quality. Sadly I was one that got burned with a dud. Now trying to get ahold of anyone to discuss any type of warranty is my new nightmare!

I have bought my son many headphones that have broke. Though I am easier on my equipment than him, I bought these headphones for my online teaching job (and use them daily for listening to YouTube videos, etc.) and they still work great with good sound quality. Wanted to come back and give the product credit for lasting longer than most headphones do.

Whether you are working from home and playing online games, this is an excellent headset. I accidentally broke the first set I had (sat on it) so I was very happy I found the same one to reorder - and it is just as great as the first set.
