Good Customer Service and Answers Questions
The lights are brighter than expected and closer to 3500K than the advertised 2700K. Not a big problem as they are otherwise very well constructed. We'll see how they hold up to Florida heat, humidity and rain but appear to be well sealed against weather. I contacted the merchant and they immediately offered to send a return label and did advise that most 2700K LEDs today are closer to 3500K. I do like the lights, as I said they appear to be well constructed. I asked the merchant about dimming and they quickly responded the string was dimmable and a good TRIAC dimmer would work. Found a good one from another Amazon merchant. Problem solved! I can dim all they way down to candlelight romantic up too bright white closing time! In all the project cost a bit more than planned due to needing the dimmer BUT I am satisfied with the customer service and am keeping the rope lights.

Not warm white.
Total rip off. Light are bright white. Not warm white. Sent email four days ago no answer back. Total rip off. Seller is misleading customer. Bad product.

Their warm light is definitely white and not warm at all. PLUS YOU HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN!!!!
Do not appreciate they sent a product that isn't what they described AND I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN IT!!! GRR.
