Ordered size up on these. I wear 2xl bought 3xl. Perfection. Strong elastic compression yet will stay up perfectly.I am 5’9. 245 lbs. yet they fit perfectly. I have wide thighs, and they stay up all day. They are easy to pull up, not so easy to get on, but hubby helped. They are long enough to go over the heel, to help in leg slides for TKR. Total knee replacement.Had a pair of thigh highs, yuck yuck yuck. Saw these on Amazon a bought them. Then bought more. Surgical area, and my leg needs support while healing. I don’t feel like I am caught up in an uncomfortable situation of thigh high compression pinches, and scratches. None of that. Thes go all the way up, right below bra area of needed, no slip down. Crotch area is perfect too. No 1/2 space between crotch and tights. I wear underware under these, but they are so soft that they also don’t itch.During therapy I feel that my legs can breathe . No heavy sweat.Easy to pull down too. Strong enough to hold up to everyday use. No running.Just perfection. Pain relief for tired legs, or surgeries. If I was a nurse, I could wear these. So comfortable!!!!

I wore these during a twelve hour shift and they got me through preventing fatigue and leg pain. They did bunch up around my knees from time to time and required some adjusting, but they were also around $10 less than some others I have. They are full length compression tights so I don't expect them to stay perfectly in place in all areas during a long busy shift with multiple bathroom visits where I have to pull them up and down for a quick pee. Overall they are a good value and I would order them again.

Here are my measurements and the suggested size from the currently posted size chart:-ankle 7" (size S)-calf 12" (size M)-thigh 19" (largest measurement range for XL, mid-range for XXL)-waist 24.5" (size S)It's not uncommon for me to be straddling sizes, but this was the first time I've had one size measurement that was so different from the others. I was a little wary of ordering because of this, but I went ahead and got a size M. Thankfully, it worked out well and does indeed fit me without being too tight or too loose.These look exactly the same in person as they do in the product pictures. The small elastic band gave me a bit of a muffin top, but was not uncomfortable to actually wear. There is a seam down the middle of the panty section on both the front and back. I actually did not notice it while wearing it, but I wanted to mention it for those who are more sensitive to such things. There is no tag inside, but also no care directions printed inside, only on the outside of the bag.After wearing these for most of a day, I did have some red lines on my skin, especially around the waist and ankles, but that's to be expected for wearing something so tight fitting. It was never uncomfortable to wear however and I did notice less swelling in my feet and legs. This is the reason I had sought out compression tights; I don't have any specific medical concerns so I can't speak to my experience with anything like that, just getting swollen toes, feet, and legs, especially after being on my feet all day or sitting for extended periods of time.I used the lingerie/specials detergent that I use to hand-wash my bras and regular pantyhose & tights before hanging it up to dry off of our shower curtain rod. I had no issues with lingering smells or these tights becoming stretched out after washing them. I hung them up to dry in the evening and they were dry by the time I remembered to check on them late morning the following day. I'm very happy with these and will look into getting another pair or two so that I have some to rotate between while washing the others.

I usually wear a medium, but after carefully checking the size chart, I decided to go for the large. These compression leggings fit me well in length and compression strength. When I got home from my first outing in them, my legs weren't as tired as they used to be. Usually, I would immediately collapse on the sofa to rest for a few minutes. But that day, I still had enough energy to whip up a decent dinner. I like the black color that is pretty easy to pair with other outfits. And they are high-waisted style, so my somewhat flabby belly doesn't look so bad. I've already washed them and they are still in good condition, look like the quality is good. If they could be a bit more breathable, it would be even better.
