Dehumidifier, Dehumidifiers for Home, 98 OZ Water Tank

This is amazing for a medium size room. I used all summer and it worked great and still does. I should have bought 2 😃

This dehumidifier stopped working after just one month. It performed well at first, but then completely stopped collecting water. The fan still runs and the tank lights turn on, but neither are useful. The manufacturer has not responded to my attempts to contact them. Overall, it was a complete waste of money. Next time, I’ll spend more on a reputable brand with a reliable warranty.

Exceptional product for the price, takes significant amount of moisture out of the air, won’t overflow! Truly amazing and life changing. Easy to empty, small amount of noise, pretty small- doesn’t take up too much room, pulls the air from my 500 square foot bedroom no problem!

The product worked fine, it was unfortunately just too small to handle what I needed it to thanks to a much more humid than originally thought basement. It collected some water from the basement, but I opted to go for a more-expensive 3,000 square foot dehumidifier to solve my nearly 70% basement humidity. My basement with crawl space is about 800 square feet. Even though advertised at 1,000 square feet, it just didn’t have the muscle to even make a dent in that kind of humidity. If I have a 250-500 square foot space I needed covered, I think this would do a great job.

So, I bought this to use in my living room/kitchen area, which is less than 700 sq ft total. It worked ok, but never got my humidity below 54% (it wasn’t super high to begin with). I moved it to my dad’s office/appt, which is connected to his shop & has a full metal exterior (which obviously doesn’t breathe so high humidity has been an issue). This entire space is around 800 sq ft, and the dehumidifier is performing exceptionally well. The humidity was around 72% when we started a couple of weeks ago & is at 48% today. When I stopped to check on it earlier, the water reservoir was full & it had turned itself off (it never got full in my house), and it has already been emptied a couple of times at about 1/2 full. All this to say, if your space is open, like on a main floor where there are several doors to other areas of the house which remain open, it’s not going to perform that well, regardless of the sq footage of the primary space you place it in. However, this thing is a rockstar if you use it in a building which is less than 1000 sq ft total, and I’d imagine it performs well in basements or rooms which are less open to other areas of your home.

UPDATE: Stopped working after 10 weeks three months of light use. The little arm inside the tank that 'triggers' the operation got jammed and the unit will not work unless it is held up with a finger or some kind of hack. It feels like a cheap construction and not surprising something malfunctioned. While it worked it was making a small dent in humidity in a 400sqf room on average days. Not much strength on higher humidity percentages. Size is small and noise is quite quiet. Return window passed, wasted money. Would appreciate if seller offered refund.

Product is very weak, barely works at all. Ineffective.I would not order .

Got this for our Orlando high-rise, works well but definitely need multiple to really cut down all of the humidity. Got it initially for our bedroom/connected bathroom because it would get pretty humid at night due to end of day showers/baths and definitely helped make the room more comfortable. Quiet as well!
