The best BHA I have ever used
I did not purchase this from Amazon but I love this product so much that I had to share my experience here since I do write a lof of reviews on Amazon.First of all - I have tried 2 different BHA products before this - Stridex in the red box was way too irritating, mainly due to menthol, Paula's Choice BHA had absolutely no effect on me despite being the 'premium' expensive stuff and it left my skin greasy.I have become a fan of Asian skincare, it seems that my skin loves all the Cosrx, Innisfree, Tony Moly, Mizon stuff and more. There are ways to get these cosmetics to the UK through Amazon, Ebay and other websites, but it might get pricy. I still think there are much more expensive western products that are inferior due to their ingredients. Now let us get to the actual Cosrx BHA liquid review...- It is a clear, slightly thick liquid. It comes in a clear bottle with a pump.- This product contains 4% betaine salicylate, which roughly equals to 2% salicylic acid. The reason they use betaine salicylate is because in Korea, salicylic acid is a highly regulated ingredient.- The PH is 4, so it is an effective chemical exfoliator.- Apply it with your hands or a cotton pad. I prefer my hands because I feel that product gets wasted if using a cotton pad.- Use on clean face- Combine with Aztec Healing Clay mask to loosen up the nasty blackheads! OCM after the mask and they will just pop out of your pores as you massage your face with the oil.- 100ml should last at least 3 months if you use it once a day.- Preferably use as a part of your morning routine. It does not make you photosensitive.- It did not irritate my skin at all. No redness.- Noticeable results after 2 weeks of constant use. Some people get them straight away.Definitely sticking to this brand and soon I am planning to purchase more of their products. If you think my review was helpful, please do click 'Yes' below, it would be great to know that someone has found this information useful. Reviewing is my hobby! Also feel free to ask questions here in comments, I will reply within 24 hours.

Amazing
It's gentle enough for daily use, and I haven't experienced any irritation or dryness. I love how it’s targeting multiple skin concerns like clogged pores and uneven tone without being harsh. If you struggle with blackheads or congestion, I highly recommend giving this a try!

Clears pores and evens skin tone.
I am a convert to Cosrx so if you're looking for detailed information on the products and how to work them into a routine, check my other reviews. I am have an oily t zone and dry in other areas, but I do not have very sensitive skin nor am I prone to serious acne. I use a mix of Western and Eastern skincare in my routine, especially South Korea and Japan. Currently I'm targeting overall brightness and even skintone with chemical exfoliation. I also use a retinoid at 1% as I'd like to head off fine lines and wrinkles. My routine is very simple as I've chosen to alternate each day of the week, starting with L-AA Vitamin C, then BHA/AHA, and finally Retinol before repeating the pattern. My skin has never looked more glowing, so I can easily say that Cosrx has been life changing. There are really only two other massively popular BHA products, neither widely available in the UK nor as attractively priced as Cosrx. This is a good, solid BHA and I've found it very effective, especially when paired with the rest of the line. Cosrx is extremely conscious of their formulations, and make sure to get the pH just right in every step. This is hugely important to get the results that you want, whilst being less invasive. This happens in two ways-swapping out salicylic acid for the milder betaine salicylate, and also using willow bark water instead of a plain type. Willow bark has low level natural exfoliating properties on its own, but more than that acts as an anti inflammatory so that using this BHA is far more gentle on your skin. That goes for the Clarifying Toner as well, meaning that by the time you layer on your AHA step you have far less chance of chemical burn or overexfoliation.Personally I use three steps: Cosrx Clarifying Toner patted into the skin, then Cosrx BHA, allow to dry on the face and follow up with Cosrx AHA immediately after. At this point you would need to wait 30 minutes and moisturise as normal as you choose. I find for the price of the entire line, Cosrx is extremely good value for money and you do see results almost immediately. I also really appreciate how totally nourished my skin feels after use. I don't get any tightness or drying whatsoever, so it really is a very well thought out balance of ingredients. My routine has allowed me to stop wearing foundation almost entirely and I'm happy to go outdoors naturally, albeit slathered in sunscreen! Here is a translated ingredients list for this product: Salix alba (willow) bark water, butylene glycol, betaine salicylate (4%), niacinamide, 1,2-hexanediol, arginine, panthenol, sodium hyaluronate, xanthan gum, ethyl hexanediol
