It's okay
These are okay. They're not greasy like beef sticks but they're lacking in flavor which is understandable. They taste like chicken with a little pepper. It's great if you want something that's not as heavy as beef but I'd stick with turkey.

Good protein snack
These chicken sticks are individually packaged, and are longer than other protein sticks I have tried. The sticks have a chewy consistency that is not too tough. There is a subtle kick from the garlic and onion powder, with some added heat from the black and white pepper. I appreciate the fact that the chicken is raised without added hormones or antibiotics. The rest of the ingredients are seasonings and do not contain artificial products. Of note, the chicken stick is in a beef collagen casing.
