Review: My daughter was asking for a phone, she's 7 so that's not happening. Got this instead. When she saw it Christmas morning she wasn't that excited, she set it aside and said it was a toy. But as we started using it I think we were both impressed. This is a great alternative to a real cell phone. She can take pictures with filters (snap chat like filters included), send texts with emojis, play games etc. It's almost as functional as a regular cell phone. I've even thought about getting a mobile hot spot and then she could send texts away from home. No technical issues with the phone at all, it works great and I am very happy with the purchase.

My daughter was asking for a phone, she's 7 so that's not happening. Got this instead. When she saw it Christmas morning she wasn't that excited, she set it aside and said it was a toy. But as we started using it I think we were both impressed. This is a great alternative to a real cell phone. She can take pictures with filters (snap chat like filters included), send texts with emojis, play games etc. It's almost as functional as a regular cell phone. I've even thought about getting a mobile hot spot and then she could send texts away from home. No technical issues with the phone at all, it works great and I am very happy with the purchase.

Battery goes quick but I like that as it helps limit screen use .. and the sound is low but better with head phones
