This is the kind of product that you expect from Dyson for the money you are paying. Ergonomics design with potentially all capabilities fulfill the needs that you would otherwise have to go to a salon for. Read all instructions and check videos online, which enable a quick learning curve. Pretty easy to use.

The seller is sending used product to the customers. Which is from europe and the box is from India. Both serial number is different. Also he is sending that product to everyone at first and then now i request amazon to replace or return. Let’s see what happens now.

The product came with a plug type which is not compatible with neither UAE/UK nor EU plugs. Would require a special adapter to run. This was not mentioned anywhere in the product description
