Interesting reference book I return to very often
Not based on science or scientific research. Not what one may expect. I like this book for the, out of box thinking, in order to think about emotions that may/notbe involved, consciously or unconsciously. I’m curious with the effects out emotions or experiences have. I’d prefer more information in this book, it’s a great one to dip ones toe in this, different way of thinking. Not for everyone or every issue

The five biological laws: explanation and examples.
The book arrived well and on time. The content: it’s a very well designed book. In the first part your will find the very basic explanation of each part of the 5 biological laws. These explanations are clear and short. The second part of the book is about detailed examples from the real life. It’s imposible to find examples of all biological programs in this part of the book but the ones that you will find here, are well explained and they are a great complement to understand certain programs. Recommended for people who want to know more about the five biological laws; for people who still doesn’t know about this science but is willing to read the truth about it.

What a great and simplified book about how our psychological states influence our biological dis-ease states. The simplicity of how this book is presented facilitates learning.
