I grew up in Thailand where these houses were normal for toilets. Don't know why it took 20 years to realize they're sold everywhere now. I'm so glad 'cause I felt that wet wipes for poo was getting wasteful! It sprays nice, and you can choose the pressure for it based how hard you press. I try to remember to turn off the water valve to "extend the life" but I'm forgetful most days. It's even useful for spraying things down in the tub that needs a bit of water pressure (like my cat's litter box). I'd recommend one of these for anyone, easy install, and I haven't had an issue in the month I've had it

Ease of setting up

Will return. The TValve leaks right after installation. Tightened, used more plumbers tape and still leaks a lot. Turned off the shut off valve is the only way to stop it.
