We had been piling up plastic bottles from water used to make coffee since my wife didn't like the regular water. I bought the Epic system so we could hopefully start avoiding all the bottles. I got the unit installed yesterday and the results are in and exactly what I wanted. Even my wife did a side by side taste test and declared she would drink the Epic water now.We have a really deep cabinet corner sink. I went to Hope Depot to get a roll of 3/8" and 1/4" pex style hose to get the reach we needed as the hookups were on the far back corner of the cabinet and I wanted the filter to be easy to reach near the front door of the cabinet. That's not a fault of the product since most setups wouldn't need the longer reach I needed. Those hoses fit perfectly in the Epic filter connectors and the valve/diverter was easy to install as well.Really happy with the results.

I wrote a review discussing how excellent this filter (after 6 hours of research), and customer service are, because I first received a flawed filter. I spoke to the CEO of the Company, gave his name in my review, which perhaps Amazon did not want published so my review was not added to the others. On a 1-10 scale, I gave it 20 (!), still do.Let's see if this review passes Amazon's criteria for published feedback.

I purchased this for my home, including the dedicated faucet. After using it and noticing the huge difference in taste and knowing the increased safety of drinking out tap water, I decided to buy these for my mom and sister's homes. Easy to install. Highly recommend.

After many hours of research, we decided to go with this option. Upon preparation, I notice the kit did not come with a standard fitting that most US homes use which is displayed on the listing.Sent it back and bought an APEC unit instead.

Installation of this unit was extremely easy, and the packaging included everything needed for the install.

So twice I bought this and under “what’s in the box”, it clearly states that it comes with a faucet. Yet it doesn’t ... I send two back. Hopefully third times a charm otherwise I’ll have to look at another brand

Easy to install, 30 minutes for me. Taste is clean.

This baby is amazing...my only regret is that we didn't order it sooner! Our water tastes great and it brings such peace of mind to know my family is drinking pure water...nothing added.

Supposedly, the carbon part of the filter is a block instead of sand. That filters way better according to tests.I hooked it up to my existing water filter faucet because the included faucet was cheap. I had to get some extra parts to make it work because of that.The included installation manual doesn't represent the included parts.For now, I would continue buying this filter. I will update if the filter quits sooner than expected.
