So, at this period of time I work 6 days per week. I was trying to minimize the work that I do at the home. I watched a lot of videos on YouTube and my friend recommended this vacuum and mop cleaner. Got it at the sale at $699. It has a light that when is dark in the room the navigation and object avoidance are solid. Not perfect, but definitely I would say it's good enough. I have a cat that sheds so definitely it does tge job. Even in the corners it does a good job bc it has like a little groom for the corner purpose! The mopping feature is another good thing! So I come home after work and my tile is super clean, the water tank got super dirty, so it has 2 tanks, so it changes the water , it mops 2 times! I need only the dirty water to throw it. I have to make sure to throw it bc it stinks! I add normal liquid for the dishwasher so it's ok . The pad on the mop it doesn't leave you shadows on the floor! It’s very important to have realistic expectations with these vacuum cleaners. Robot vacuum technology it's a very good help but it's not 100% perfect! Navigation and sometimes can be a little wonky—but that’s true for every robot vacuum on the market right now, even the high-end models. I still do the vaccum and mopping once in 3-4 months! We’re not quite yet at that point where the vacuum cleaner is replacing you 100%. For normal daily maintenance, this spin mop design is more than enough. The app is also very friendly, setup was super quick, and the vacuum is surprisingly quiet—both when cleaning and when auto-emptying. Overall, this robot vacuum is good! Bc to get somebody to clean it it will cost me $100 every week. At least I can save money. Honestly I am coming home and I am happy to see my clean tile floor!

With three cats, I’m constantly dealing with tracked litter, fur tumbleweeds, and random clumps of hair in every corner of the house. This robot mop-vac has honestly been a game changer. The suction is powerful enough to pull litter out of rugs and along baseboards, and the anti-tangle system means I’m not constantly cleaning hair off the brush. The mopping is just as impressive. It actually removes paw prints and dust instead of smearing them around, and the self-cleaning dock keeps everything hands-off. Navigation is smart and reliable, setup was quick, and the app makes scheduling easy. I still do a deep clean occasionally, but for daily maintenance in a multi-cat household, considering all of the time saved, this thing absolutely earns five stars.

I bought the DEEBOT X9 PRO OMNI Robot Vacum & Mop, and I used it for several days and I have no complaints. The configuration was fast and the application was easy to run, through my cell phone. The first thing I did then was to slab and place the Robot in a corresponding space, fill the tank with clean water and add the cleaning product suggested by the seller of the X9. It was to ask the Robot to perform the initial scanning of my apartment all through the application installed on the cell phone and that was amazing, since it listed and detailed each of the rooms, detecting obstacles and then taking them into account, which I could observe through the application. After the scan, he proceeded through the app to program as he wanted my Robot to suck, I programmed it to suck in rooms 1, 2 and 3 and to suck and map only in the kitchen, it seems excellent that he can detect the hardwood floor vs. the carpet, in order to make the map. I was impressed by how clean the kitchen floor left, the roller cleaned the floor and passed through all the corners and that left my floor totally clean, without marks, collected all the hairs, and left no traces, that was great. After finishing his work, he went to the base and emptied the accumulated dust. The automatic emptying function already seems to me to be a great convenience. Overall, it seems like a good purchase and I am glad to see how they keep my home clean. Having help at home with the carpet cleaning and hard flooring is very useful, saving you time and improving your quality of life. Happy to save work at home, with my new acquisition!!!

Really impressed with the ECOVACS DEEBOT X9 Pro Omni for a while now and I really like it very much. Suction power is strong and handles dust, crumbs, and pet hair with no problem on both hardwood floors and carpets. The mopping feature works better than I expected, and the auto wash and dry system makes the whole experience truly hands-free. Navigation is smart and smooth, and it does a great job avoiding furniture, cords, and tight spaces. The Omni station is well designed and cuts down on daily maintenance a lot. The app is easy to use, setup was quick, and scheduling is reliable. While it’s definitely a premium-priced robot vacuum, the performance, convenience, and time saved make it feel worth the investment. Overall, it’s a solid upgrade and a great option if you want powerful cleaning with minimal effort.

Ótimo robô. Limpa como nenhum outro. Tem quer se atentar que esse robô precisa de configuração, tipo a parte de IA por ex. Precisa de um wi-fi 2.4 sólido. Precisa ter a câmera limpa com umas certa frequência. E precisa usar o líquido da ecovacs para limpeza. O robô e perfeito para meu uso, onde a maior parte da casa e piso frio. De novo... Já tive várias marcas de robô e nenhuma limpa como esse.
