This stuff is freaking magic. I had blood work done and my vitamin D levels was super low 16.7 to be exact. My doctor was very concerned and was going to prescribe me something but I was allergic to its ingredients. So he told me that I need to stand out in the sun everyday for at least 30 minutes. I came across this vitamin and I got it. At first I was taking the two doses, but I decided to take one 1 ml a day as to not have stomach issues. That was the right amount of doses for me. After a month of taking this I had another blood work done and my vitamin D3 was at 40. My doctor said that I did not have to take the vitamin every day anymore but I take it once in awhile just to keep it regulated. I bought my mom one and I recommend it to anyone who has low vitamin D. Plus the taste is delicious!

This D3 and K2 liquid vitamin is a great bargain and so easy to take! The size is perfect for storage and travel, and I appreciate that it doesn't have any overpowering smell. The strawberry flavor is fantastic, and I feel it’s more effective than others we’ve tried on the past . Highly recommend and I look forward to trying other vitamins they make.

Arrived fast. I think the quality is probably very good but the strawberry tastes awful. I thought I changed the flavor when I ordered. I’d like to try a different one next time.

I previously ordered the strawberry flavored, but when I ran out, they were sold out of the strawberry 🍓 flavor, so I ordered the raspberry flavor instead. Doesn't really taste like raspberry, not even raspberry candy. Not sure whet the flavor is, it's a flavor that's for certain & it's sweet. I take this with my collagen. It's supposed to help collagen have better absorption. I think it is working because I have noticed certain changes that I affiliate with collagen intake & it sure seems to help it. Plus all the other good benefits too. I usually just take two dropper full orally. Occasionally, I will add to a cup of room temperature or warm water.

However, I found the dropper design a bit inconvenient, as it can be messy and difficult to measure precise doses. Additionally, while the supplement provides good overall benefits, I didn’t notice a significant difference in my energy levels or mood compared to other similar products. For the price, it’s a decent option, but there may be better alternatives with more noticeable effects.

I just received mine today and it tastes delicious. I have the strawberry version. To improve, I would have the dropper marked indicating 2 ml. I'll wait a week to see how my body receives it, but I'm ready to buy another bottle already 😉

Everything was fine. The taste was fine. I put it in my coffee. I’m still using it. It was easy enough to use the exact amount they suggest was not easy to line up with on the dropper, but I just used it in 2 cups of coffee so that I would receive the optimum amount without having to measure exactly.
