Men's 17 Inch Solid Genuine Leather Professional Laptop Briefcase Messenger Shoulder Bag

I recently ordered the a black laptop bag. It looks fantastic and very professional. Love it! Key items that I like about the bag.Pros:1. It is a really good size. Some of the bags are a little too large and some too small. This one has room for my laptop, client folders, pens, cards, tablet, cords for presentations, wireless mouse and accessories that I may need.2. The finish and details look great. The zipper pulls and should strap clasps are nice and chunky. Pockets and inside compartments are well done, plus the lining on the inside looks nice too.3. The outside compartments and inside the bag are several zipped areas with lots of storage for cards, pens, electronics, cords, etc. Well thought out.4. The shape of the bag with computer and work accessories (notebooks, cords, etc.) looks great.5. Leather on the bag is soft and has a nice sheen/finish to itCons:1. The zipper compartment (sleeve side) is decent size but could have been made a little deeperOverall very happy with my purchase!

I am very pleased with this leather shoulder bag/briefcase.PROS:Large - it fits my small, crook-handled umbrella and slimline lunch box in the main compartment, my manilla folders with sundry documents in the back sections, my various manly sundries in the front pockets, and so on. It's big and roomy.Slipover Strap - I'm unsure of what it's actually called, but it has a "slipover strap" on the back of the bag so that you can slip the bag over the extended handles of upright luggage. Very handy for travelling.Pockets - Has lots of pockets, including one on the slipover strap.Smells Nice/Good Leather - I'm no leather expert, but this does have a nice leather smell and does seem to be made of good, manly leather.CONS:No "Feet" - Some shoulder bags have rubber or plastic "feet" on the bottom of the bag so it can stand upright and not get scuffed. This bag does not.No Strap Padding - This bag has a good, solid strap, but without padding. Having padding just makes it slightly more comfortable to carry. I may see if I can buy one, but I would recommend the manufacturer add one on future models.The above Cons notwithstanding, I am very pleased.

This bag is great. It's spacious, good looking, and at a very reasonable price. The leather is great quality and also smells very nice. I can comfortably fit a 15.6" laptop (a rather thick one) and charger, 2 smartphones, a 9.6" tablet, headphones and other chargers & cables, an extra set of glasses-- well you get the picture.The only downside I can see so far is the width of the strap used to attach the bag to luggage being a bit too big. Don't get me wrong, I'd much rather have too much space than not enough when trying to slip the bag over the handle of my suitcase. It looks great and its very functional. I'm very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend it to others.

This bag looked great upon arrival and was a father's day gift for my husband. The leather feels and looks nice. It took only three months of light and average use (carrying a laptop, sometimes lunch and some papers) to completely fall apart. Not just one but every zipper broke and the seems unraveled in places. I bought it in mid June and we tossed it in the garbage in early September. Total waste of money.

Bag lasted well for 3 years of constant use for daily commuting and often carrying heavy loads (books, files, papers), and occasional plane travel. Shoulder strap is wide and comfortable. Strap lasted and did not break (have had strap give out 1st on prior bags). Zippers worked ok until recently so now I need to replace. The quality of the leather is good and leather still looks good after 3 years (no rips or worn out spots). The interior pockets are good, including zippered pockets for things that you might otherwise lose (chargers, etc.). The interior lining is good and has not worn out or ripped (had that on other prior bags). After shopping around for a replacement I decided to buy the same bag again as the price is very good for the value.

On the whole I was very satisfied with the quality of the briefcase. I liked all the zippers and usefulness of what was inside each one.The two things that troubled me was that the handles, when the brief case was heavy, cut unto my hands (need to be more round or encased into a piece that held both handles together); and second, the part that looped over a baggage cart was confusing. When I unzipped the piece to place my passport and papers in it, the passport and other papers kept falling to the ground on the other side, because I was failing to see the actual opening when in a hurry.

Loved it until on my first trip the connection from the shoulder strap to bag broke. I then returned it.

I bought this bag for my husband to use for an upcoming interview. As a clinician and conductor, he often travels with his computer, batons, scores and other items. Although it is soft leather to the touch, the bag is very sturdy, and impeccably put together. The leather is very high quality and the construction of the bag is solid. The shoulder strap is very comfortable. The internal storage compartments are put together as well as the outside of the bag. This is a solid choice for anyone who travels frequently and needs a professional looking shoulder briefcase.
