One had the electronics die, and the other auto-ejected itself after a few minutes of being plugged in. Both were in mint, new condition at the time of failure. ALSO I ordered one of these and Amazon gave me the wrong drive (an 18TB enterprise version, about half the price) but in the correct box. They refused to do a replacement, so now I'm stuck having to ship it back to them before receiving a refund despite it being their mistake.
