## Description

This 18 Litre pressure/expansion tank with re-changeable membrane is manufactured by the company zilio industries. Working bar pressure is 1.5 for this particular vessel. The label positioned on each tank states its technical features, it is stuck with permanent glue and printed with thermo-technology and permanent ink, to preserve the stated data. Each label states: date of production, tank volume in litres, temperature operating range (ts) pre charge pressure setting, maximum working pressure, testing pressure, fluid group 2 (air or water) class. Before installing, check that all technical features of the surge/ expansion tank are compatible with the installation and that all operating limits are respected. This product is designed for water up to 100 °C.

The expansion vessel on my heating failed after only 2 years. This one looks to be much higher quality even though the other one was from a better brand. So far it’s doing a great job of keeping the pressure constant in my underfloor heating.
