WHOOP 5.0/MG SuperKnit – ECG Compatible, Signature Performance Knit – Not Compatible with Gen 4

Bought the 5.0 MG with the black strap and shiny hardware. Don't particularly care for the bright reflective look of the metal so I bought the Superknit MG Graphite. Strap is excellent, buckle finish is fine, BUT the metal part bends easily when attaching it to the Whoop device which will limit my changing straps for cleaning. The original strap metal did not bend so I'm wondering if its a different or better quality metal? Anyway, not pleased with the metal being weak and bending when I attach or remove it from the device.Maybe I just got a weaker item and I should return it?Any comment or advice, especially from Whoop or Amazon will be appreciated.Konrad.
