Q: Is it universal power 110 to 220 volt or 110 V only?

The universal power is 100V-240V wide voltage. You can connect it to 110V or 220V, there is no problem.

Q: Can the orbital shaker be used in a CO2 incubator?

Yes, you can use this shaker in the CO2 incubator as long as it is in the permissible ambient temperature and humidity 5-40C,80%RH.

Q: I just purchased one and I noticed the tick tick sound too. Is the tick tick tick sound supposed to be normal?

Initially, the sound decreased by speed. The sound becomes noticeable when speed is high. After using for a while, the sound getting loud unfortunately.

Q: Sk-o180-s different picture from onilab site. max. load capacity (with platform) 3kg, description shows 2kg (1kg platform?). can you please clarify?

The current new SK-O180-S is with max load capacity(with platform) 2kg. We just upgrade this machine with new appearance and structure , the cost is lower ,so we can offer better current price to customer. The old version SK-O180-S is with higher cost and higher selling price. We are building the new ONiLAB website with the newest product information. Customer will see our new website soon.
