O'Creme Heat Resistant Plastic Mold This superior food safe aluminum foil pan alternative can withstand high temperatures up to -10°F and 400°F and can be baked in the pan and put in the freezer. But the benefits of the mold go further. Resistant to acids, alkalis, strong oxidants, hydrocarbon solvents, alcohol, fat, grease and oil. This thermoformed plastic mold meets industry standard AIB, ANSI, ASME, ASTM, GMP, ISO, Mil-Spec. FDA Approved. Silicone coating inside the mold for easy removal Eco-friendly and recyclable, this mold is made of molecular weight. **Q: How many of these would it take for a full cake batter?**
A: It depends on the cake. I have been baking with these for the last couple of months every week and it varies from recipe to recipe. I have found that a cake that has 2 cups of flour in it usually make somewhere between 10 and 12 mini buns. It depends on the other ingredients. Cake recipes with 3 cups of flour, Again depending on the additional ingredients, has made anywhere from 12 to 15 mini months.

**Q: Will very hot caramel melt these plastic pans? hot caramel freshly made stovetop for chocoflan?**
A: Not sure how hot the caramel would be but they did just fine in the oven at 350 - for 15 minutes.  Over and over and over, about 6 different cakes.

**Q: Estos moldes hay que ponerlos en bandeja para recibir calor indirecto o se ponen en baño de Maria?**
A: Hola! Yo los usé para hacer flanes, entonces tuve que ponerlos a baño María y funcionan muy bien.

**Q: What is the diameter of the hole in the middle of the pan?**
A: These are mini bunt pans, which equals of 2 cupcakes per pan.  The entire opening for the pan is 3 1/2" (roughly) and the center stand is about 1/2 an inch.  I use these to make Christmas cakes for friends and relatives.  They're great for making a cute gift.  Wrap them in plastic wrap and tie with a bow.

I will admit I was a bit skeptical these would work..they are plastic and claim easy release..They are fabulous.i made some banana bread in them which I gifted..they came out very easily.i sprayed Pam on them..but they slid out great.i then gifted a set of 6 to the recipients to try with other recipes.. If you did have a problem with release simply apply some pressure to the mold.. Use caution though as I found the edges sharp..
