When the product is on the phone people cannot hear you when you’re talking. The company reached out to me and apologize for the problem I had with their product then offered to refund the money as long is I changed my review. I thought that was nice so I did. Only to be disappointed even further as they never held there end of the bargain. I am pretty rough on my toys, so this helps safe guard my phone. I had hoped that the charging port allowed data transfers and connection to the car audio, but I will just have to use Bluetooth instead. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Need some work *by J***Y on Reviewed in the United States on April 26, 2019* Case looked good and was good at keeping dirt and water away from phone. The built in power bank was convenient when battery was low and I was not near my charger. All that being said, the case killed the signal for my phone. The battery pack once down to one bar took over 24 hours to charge and I had to remove my phone for that to take place. I also had to use Bluetooth earbuds to talk on phone as I could not be heard. It’s a good case.
