Great starter set
If you've never owned any carving set then this is a great set to start with. I have some higher end sets and I do feel the difference in carving power between the who, but if you've never used anything, these will be fine.

Disappointed! Ordered these as a gift. I have used Flexcut for many years. Payed to get the premium set because of the nicer look. But the brass caps on the handles are cheep and poorly fretted to the handles . The handles them self are rough and poorly finished as well.
