I don't bother with the instructions which say boil it on the hob or microwave it before putting it in the oven. It's as easy as our UK stuffing mixes but a hundred times nicer to eat as it is made with good sized pieces of bread and herbs and doesn't taste like sawdust as UK stuffing mixes do. It's good enough to eat dry, out of the packet!!
