This is my favorite style of shoe and one of the only ones to fit comfortably from the first wear. Unfortunately, something has changed in the sizing at specific manufacturers. 8.5 men’s now feels 1/4-1/2 a size smaller.I have tried two different pairs of Filmore’s, made from different material, from two different sellers (this pair coming from the UK and the otherr from Academy in the US) this year and it has been the same outcome. I had to return because I have very fussy feet the older I get. I will try the next size up (of any Filmore I can find) before I repurchase.

I personally liked these shoes but buying them for my tee age son was a mistake. I had to return them as they were not the "in style shoe my teen was looking for. I did end up getting another pair of vans that were more suited for him.
