My son is on 1 year with this chair. He loves it. Unfortunately, he leaned back with it a few too many times and snapped the plastic by the wheels, luckily we were able to find a replacement piece on Amazon that worked perfect. This chair is worth the price, my son loves it and was easy to ensemble. Aside from the snapping plastic, it is very durable and the fabric looks as great as it did when we bought it (and he sits in this chair daily).

The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because the massager cord ended up breaking off a few days after I put it together. Otherwise awesome chair and very useful sometimes I fall asleep in it.

I ordered 2 chairs from different sellers before this one and neither came so I needed something fast. I received this chair in 2 days. Instructions were huge poster sized and easy to follow. All the screws were already installed so it was easier to see where everything went. It’s pretty comfortable with adjustable pillows and the footrest is a nice touch. The material isn’t leather but it doesn’t appear cheap. However it doesn’t recline as far back as the photo suggests. It’s still comfortable but I was expecting a farther recline. The footrest while a decent length feels a little flimsy. While the chair feels sturdy I’m unsure of why the bottom doesn’t attach better. You can just pick it up off the hydraulic bottom and you have to stand up to raise the chair back up. Not a big deal just slightly inconvenient. All in all I’m please for the price so far.

Put this together in about twenty minutes or so and so far I'm loving it. The lumbar pillow is nice because it can be adjusted up and down on the chair, but I don't think the vibration is needed. I would prefer a heated option because my back does act up from time to time, but the adjustable position is great and will continue to use this without the vibrating. The foot rest was a feature I thought I would never use, but it is actually a very nice addition. My only complaint is that the arms are a little wobbly. I have tightened the arms as much as I could and there is some wobble in there. If they were both about the same looseness, I don't think I would have noticed, but the right arm just feels like it could be tighter, despite being screwed in as much as it can be. Just a minor annoyance right now, hoping it doesn't build into something more down the road. After about six months of usage, the seat has broken. The bottom of the seat where it meets the base cracked and now sits cocked to the side. I am under the weight limit for the chair and i don't bounce on it or plop myself down on it, and I take good care of my belongings, I don't think this should be normal wear and tear.
