Leaps and bounds nicer than my old Foscam! First off this camera is a very good value for the features and easy setup. It comes in a nice box with easy setup instructions. All you do is download the app from google play run it pick a few options and it configures the camera for you and your network. Before my old foscam was a nightmare to setup when i did any network changes. You also can turn the camera on and off from your phone witch is nice and it alerts you when sound or motion is detected where the camera is. It can record to cloud app or an sd card which ever you set it too. It has decent day and night vision for picture clarity. You can remote access this cam from your phone for those who are wondering. Dont hesitate to buy this camera its well worth it! Nov/30 Update been haven trouble checking camera in remote ip on my phone .Company better get there servers and software worken well again cause this stinks!

Garage door opener interference. When I set mine up in the garage it completely killed the remote operation of my garage door opener. I tried several different remotes at various distances. None of the remotes would open the door. It would only open with the hard wired wall mounted control. When I removed power from the camera all the remotes worked at well over 100 ft. The camera was being used with a wired cat 6 Ethernet cable, so the wifi connection is not the issue. My garage door opener works on 315 Mhz. I've had both a YI camera and an Alarm.com camera in this garage previously with NO garage door problems. My guess is that this camera generates RF noise and poor shielding inside the camera allows this noise to cause my garage door interference.

So far, perfect. Use cell phone method for wireless setup. App is excellent. Always reliable. Excellent communication with manufacturer by email.Edit. Strongly suggest you set up (activate) your routers guest metwork. All of them have one and will allow this camera to operate without having access to any computers on your network. Make sure when you set up the app on your phone that your phone is accessing the new guest Network that you we'll set up for this. Once everything is set up you can then go back to using your phone on your regular Network and it will still see the camera but the camera will only be able to see the internet and not the rest of your network.

This camera is a sham. It requires you to pay to record video -- even if you have an SD card in the camera.I was really pleased with this camera at first. For $40 (plus the cost of the SD card) I was really impressed with what I got. It was really easy to set up and worked like a charm. However, after my "trial period" expired (15 days I guess?) it won't even let me record video to the local SD card. All of the features of the app, except live streaming, are disabled. Seriously some drug dealer level crap. Keep shopping.

UPDATE: Apparently enough people conplained and they fixed the app timeout issue. so I am amending my review.PROS: Night vision camera makes it easy to see your baby at night. price is great. App makes it so uou and your co parents can each watch the baby.CONS: Sometimes the camera crashea and has to be rebooted. It is VERY loud when it gets rebooted so when this happens while the baby is asleep you need to take the camera out of the room to reset. App will go through spans of times where it or the camera crashes a lot. then tgere will be an update and you will have no problems for a little while...rinse and repeat.previous review: This worked fine until they recently changed the app so it times out after 5 minutes. If the point is to monitor a baby you will be very disappointed. This change was recent and I will update the review if they fix the problem.

I just got this to check in on my dogs while out running errands. The price was right! It has an optional motion and sound detector which will send an alert to your phone when detected. The setup was simple and well described in the setup guide. The cloud storage is nice if you want to use this as a nanny cam, porch package watcher or something else where you need to insure the video cannot be removed with the camera. A memory card can be inserted if you want event storage but don't need to be concerned about it getting taken by the perpetrator. The modem cable was a tad short but if you are going to put it within a foot or so of your modem you should be ok. Remember to keep your camera lens covered up when not in use. Internet enabled recording devices cannot insure privacy.

This camera so far has worked as advertised. Image quality is very good in normal room lighting and it also has infrared so that it works in very low light as well. You can rotate it and change the viewing angle remotely. It is perfect for keeping an eye on your home or pets when you are away. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because it lost it's programming and I had to completely re set it up once. This however has not happened again since. Could have been a power glitch or something.

Do not buy this product if you want the motion detection to work properly. It sends false notification which is annoying. The video is clear and liked the recording. I'm returning mine after Tech support wasted my time talking me through the basics.

First, I won’t recommend this Wi-Fi camera. I tried to connect it wireless and wired but it just don’t connect! Tried resetting and unplugging and deleting the app but it just won’t connect!Picture quality? Can’t say anything as I wasn’t able to use it.Easy to install? Well it took me more than an hour resetting, unplugging and deleting app.So definitely not an easy install.

Ne saute pas, ne bug pas.. mais envoie de temps en temps des notifications "fantômes".L'interface est franchement moyenne.ça reste correct mais c'est frustrant de voir que Eyespilot (comme ses concurrents), ne permet pas l'envoi/enregistrement sur un dispositif autre que la carte SD de l'appareil.. à part si vous payez l'abonnement mensuel.

the camera worked good and was really good quality. We bought it to use at the cabin but we dont have wifi out there. So we tried to tether off one of our phones and it didn't work. The app sometimes is slow to load too. We now use it in the city and it has helped us alot! its pretty cool too

I loved this camera.... when it worked. It has been in the same position since I got it several months ago. It was purchased for safety reasons. 2 weeks ago it stopped working. The physical camera has malfunctioned and although I have emailed the company they have offered no help.

Great product for price. Only proprietary Cloud Storage provided, after complimentary time a monthly fee is required. Unable to use 3rd party Cloud storage. This proprietary cloud is not written in the page description of the product.
