Easy setup, easy use, no directions, unclear manual
It didn’t come with instructions. The online manual wasn’t entirely clear. Once I figured out you have to hold it until it beeps to turn it on and the Bluetooth doesn’t work with windows, only phones, I had no further difficulties. It wrote perfect tags read by IOS and Android phones. It’s as simple as charge it, download the drivers, download NFC Tools, plug in, turn on, and go.

REQUIRES A MAC For iPhone Use
WARNING: This devices REQUIRES a Mac computer to use it with an iPhone! The description does NOT state this! It says it's compatible with "Desktop, Tablet, Smartphone" but it fails to tell you that you cannot install the required driver on an iPhone without XCODE, which is MAC ONLY. I have a MacBook Pro, but it's a corporate one for my job and I cannot install XCODE on it and my iMac is too old to run their tools. This mean this device is practically useless for me. I can't do anything I need to do with it without a Mac. This is crazy! All this money down the drain for nothing. This could have been avoided if they'd just listed this requirement in the description.

OUSTANDING PRODUCT
The electronics build quality is good and the pricing is very reasonable for an NFC tag reader/writer using a Bluetooth interface. Software support is also very good. The Technical Support was outstanding provided you are willing to wait a day or so for an email reply from Hong Kong I believe :0).

Disappointed for now, early adopter
Don't be an early adopter like I apparently am, and don't get me wrong this to all appearances is a great bit of kit, but for android just not yet. The problem is it works with its own app under android, not so well with anything else, there's no way that I could find, for it to pair with the android Bluetooth subsystem and then show up as an NFC device, so that other apps can use it. So the only thing you can use it for is reading and writing nfc tags. I will keep it now that I have it waiting for android drivers that hopefully will make it more usable in the future.

Simple integration
To the people complaining about drivers, you do not need drivers to use it in BLE mode. It needs app support in whatever app you're trying to use it in. It's BLE, which means there's no need to pair it. Yes, the only thing this NFC reader can do is read/write tags... ummm... What else did you expect? ACR provides libraries for all supported platforms. Yes, it's useless if whatever app you're trying to use doesn't support it.
