UPDATE: so the manufacturer was very very helpful during the process. It turned out that it was just assembled incorrectly, and once it was it’s working fine so far. Thank you to Caroline for messaging me personally and working to help me get this all resolved.Sooo I was very excited to get this chair but now I’m having second thoughts. It seems that the way this chair is assembled the foot peddle has to be pushed up in order to lift the chair vs how typical foot pedals just need to be pushed down on in order to lift. This makes it hard to do and I’m not happy about that . :(

Nice chair! I like it and my customers too. But it came with a few scratches and the gas part was rusty.

This is the first barber chair that I’ve owned. As you can see from the pictures, there are not a lot of parts to put together and the owner’s manual is easy to read. Swivels all the way around the appropriate amount of resistance. I like that the base is wide. Seems like it makes the chair sturdier when using the recline positions. Chrome parts clean and shine up easily. For a barber chair, it is comfortable.

I love the chair for the most part. It’s comfortable and looks just as pictured/described. However, the hydraulic system works opposite as it should. You have to pump up to lift the chair and hold the lever up as high as you can to release the chair back down. It should be the other way around, you should press the lever down and pump downwards to lift and hold the lever down to release.

I love this salon chair. Very versatile and stylish. They have great customer service.

The pump at the bottom does not pump the chair unless I could not figure it out But I did put the thing together. I’ve looked at the pump several times, I don’t know it seems the pump is in reverse
